I called them. He responded within one hour. They told me what they were going to do. They told me what the results were going to be. It turned out exactly as they said it would. We got rid of the mice. They were professional and helpful in every way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

When I called to set up the appointment, the girl who answered was kind and knowledgeable. She was very customer service oriented and she scheduled my appointment for the very next morning. Our home was being inundated by spiders and I needed help ASAP! Two gentlemen arrived about five minutes before their scheduled time. They introduced themselves and were very courteous. They explained everything they were going to do and assured me the chemicals they were spraying in and around my home would not harm my kids ( ages 11 months and 3 years) or the dog. They also checked all the spider traps I had set and were able to tell me all the spiders in them were garden spiders and house spiders which was very reassuring, as I had had one crawl across my face one night while I was reading in bed! They were also nice to my kids, which always scores big in my book. I signed up for their quarterly plan and received twenty dollars off today's initial treatment. They were not pushy at all, and I can rest easy tonight knowing there aren't spiders or anything else crawling on my babies or me in the night! Totally worth it! UPDATE: It has been six months since I started having my house treated by Beeline Pest Control and the difference is night and day. Before, I wouldn't hardly go in my basement or let my kids go down there because of all the spiders. They were EVERYWHERE. Now we go down there and play, watch TV, or just hang out. I think I have seen one live spider in my house since I started using Beeline. This company is also great to work with. They call when it's time for my quarterly service, and are able to work with my schedule. Couldn't be easier.

Very polite and professional. It's been a month and the bugs are gone. We used them three years ago, and it took this long for us to need their service again. We've got quite a few fruit trees. The bugs love 'em.

I like the fact that they came out right away even if it is a holiday, they came out and take our problems. And they did not over-charge and it is very nice.

I like the person that comes and sprays, but sometimes they can be a little too pushy. I know that they have offended couple of my neighbors because if they don't want service that particular day that they're going to be here, they get kind of rude. Otherwise, I have been happy with the services they provide. They're consistent as long as you are on their schedule.

I have signed up for service an a regular basis. They treat my house every 3 months, indoors or outdoors (perimeter), depending on the season. They are always on time and do a professional job. The company calls ahead to schedule the next treatment date so I know ahead of time when to expect them. We have never needed a non-scheduled treatment due to presence of any bugs.

They are prompt. They call every quarter and they come out when they say they will. They do a good job. It is a reasonable price. We will continue to use them.

We are in a contract with them. They come out quarterly. They guarantee to keep wasps away, which is good for my children.

He was very good -- made sure he didn't disturb or harm my pet birds that I keep in one of my rooms. Prompt and professional in his behavior.

The black hornets are gone. A week has past and not a single one has been spotted. I could not have asked for better or quicker service. The technician that came was prompt, professional, and reassuring. I was impressed at his level of knowledge about the life cycle, living habits, and threats that black hornets represent. He informed me of the difference between wasps, honey bees and hornets. He answered all of my questions. He had me go into my house and within ten minutes he was finished fogging and spraying the nest, while destroying the paper/fiber outside. He then brought me out into the backyard and showed me the interior honey comb filled with unborn now dead hornets. He assured me that hornets do not come back to the same tree. No one was stung; the hornets are gone and I felt the price was fair. I will use Beeline Pest Control for all future pest control. I can't recommend Beeline highly enough. Great pricing, punctual, courteous and professional.

Based on them having the lowest price I could find, I had Beeline come and spray since we had a lot of spiders. It took a couple of weeks until I didn't see anymore spiders, but since having another quarterly treatment, I only seen one spider which puts me at ease since I have an infant who is starting to become mobile. The office staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. The technicians have also been friendly and professional.

I called in regard to rat extermination. I was unimpressed with the fact they proposed putting out poison and calling it a day. I inquired about live trapping or physical traps (ie snap traps and their more effective cousins), and was informed they did not do this. I was assured, however, that the rats would not die inside my crawlspace or basement, due to the nature of the poison they used. (The myth of poisons that cause the rodents to crawl outside in search of water... roundly debunked on most pest control information sites.) I kind of left it at that. I didn't get to the fact that I had (as we spoke) two or more poisoned rats in my basement, the one I had removed the night before having not diminished the horrible smell. (One down, one or more to go.) When they said they did not do post-poison removal, but assured me poison would not result in any trouble, I decided to call somewhere else. As I write, it occurs to me that this is not perhaps an unreasonable approach to to a mouse problem. With such low body mass, and living in a dry Utah climate, I think that tends to limit (but not eliminate) the potential for odor problems. But the rats I removed were the size of freaking yams. If you go the poison route, and heaven forbid you have no access to where they die randomly, I hope you have vacation time accrued. Addl. note, the price seemed very fair - $85, and included a 90 day guarantee.

They are excellent. They have a good guarantee and a good price. Quality work, always on time, helpful, responsive and prompt.

They have now come to my home twice and each time were on time, very professional, and respectful of my home. They do follow-up sprays for free if there is any problem.

After checking a few exterminators for their termite treatments, I chose Beeline. They were very accommodating to my schedule and a great value for their work. I was pleased at their thoroughness and ability to adapt to surprises (how to get under/through the deck to treat). When one of their hoses accidentally popped off a lawn sprinkler head, they were very accommodating and paid for the repair. I will definitely use them again.

We choose them for the job and they did not charge a lot of money. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Disappointing. We described finding termites in the garage. The company rep went immediately to the house when the problem was in the garage. He would not spray the garage alone stating that spraying the garage was not worth his while and would not be profitable for him. However, he did offer to charge $650 for treating the house alone, far more than another company had quoted. Yet another company's rep told us we had no termite problem at all after actually looking in the garage as requested.

He showed up within the 2 hour timeframe they gave when I maade the appointment just 2 days before, and was quick & efficient. Very courteous and explained the lack of hazard, invited me to join him as he sprayed. He explained what the chemicals would do and what to expect, what to do & not to do (important since we were cleaning & painting a newly purchased older home that had not been kept up).

When I called to find out what services they offered and when they could come out they were very informative and set up my appointment for the next day. The person that came to perform the work was on time, very professional, friendly, and worked very quickly yet did a very thorough job. I have two dogs and they weren't bothered by the chemicals. So far I have not seen any bugs and have been really satisfied with the work performed.

Beeline did a very good job. We have had no spiders all season long. They were on time, and I plan on using them in the future.

I have had other companies provide this type of service for less but I was happier with this company because they have better customer service. Overall they are very thorough and did a great job. I would highly recommend Beeline.
