My service person that was sent to my home by Beeline Pest Control was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of my home and my little dog. I am very very happy with the service.

Beeline was right on time and efficiently went to work setting the rodent bait trap and then sprayed my foundation for spiders. The technician answered all my questions honestly and professionally. I am very happy with the service.

All though I would gladly refer Beeline to others I would not advise to go thru your company Home Advisor - as even before you give me a company name you asked for my credit card info and gave me an amount to pay 303.00 so if your name comes up on anyother thing I look for I will not go thru you again period.

Their spray was good.

They called in timely manner and honored the coupon after they were booked. Technician knew that I was concerned about effect on pets (2 cats) so he was mindful of what or where he sprayed, but he said it wouldn't affect them and they were fine. He was kind and respectful of home. Sprayed for ants and wasps - so far so good!

Excellent service. The Technican arrived right on time and was very friendly. He completed the spraying then stopped in to see if I had any questions.

I thought he would more thorough, but it was a quick scan of each room including the cellar. The technician said it would be quick, but was surprised at how quick.

I had to remind them to report back to me, but once they did they were very thorough.

It works, and they are reasonably priced.

Friendly guy,knew his stuff. A bit expensive to refill the boxes. Cost $125 to have them come out and the same price to refill the boxes. Advice - ask for the key to the box so you can check yourself if the bait is low.

They scheduled an appointment with me within the time-frame I allotted. They called me AHEAD of time when they knew they were unable to meet at the appointed time and gave me a time still within my do-able timeframe. They even remembered to use the door bell (might sound like a small thing, but, professionalism and courtesy is nice!) They were quick and helpful and made this easy for my VA Loan.

He showed up on time and was very courteous and efficient...basically dropping mouse bait in various places. He did not check for rodent entry points or suggest we plug them after the mice had a chance to leave. I did not feel like he had a lot of experience. That was almost a week ago and I saw a mouse this morning. I am not sure the bait is working and I am not sure I could not have just purchased bait on my own and saved most of the $150 I paid them. He did say they would come back if it did not work but did not mention what additional things they would do. Other companies I talked to mentioned they would plug most entry points to prevent re-infestation while the mice were leaving and then come back to plug the rest of them once the mice were gone. Update 12.28.19 Our expert came back and placed one more bait. We continue to see mouse sign (turds) so the mice are probably not super duper attracted to the poison. Still not sure where they are getting in or why now when we have lived her for 12 years with almost no problem. We just want them gone but so far they don't seem to be taking the bait. Caught one in a trap 3 weeks after treatment...
