Beeline Pest Control sent a technician to my home the day after I contacted them. They came right on time at the beginning of the time frame they gave me for the service. We discussed the problems I was having with a wasp infestation and he sprayed all the areas I was concerned about plus additional areas all around the house. It's been 3 weeks since they came and I'm not seeing the wasps. I hope the treatment will last throughout the summer.

We talked to 2 companies about carpenter ants. The first responded with a telemarketer type, who had a script to try to sell us a full year-long package of pest control services for both inside and out. I'm pregnant and want the least amount of chemicals possible right now. They offered no alternative, only saying they don't guarantee their work unless you sign up for the package. Then I got a call from Beeline. She asked about the problem, told me the exact treatment for carpenter ants only. The exterminator was on time, knowledgable, and they guarantee the work with one treatment. It was a localized chemical just outside. Great!

Termite inspection: called to say that he was coming early, he was quick and professional. Used his cell phone to submit invoice to office and my inspection documentation was e-mailed to me within minutes.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE AMOUNT OF SERVICE FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD WAS OFFERED.. MY FATHER IN LAW SAID THAT THE GUY THAT CAME DROPPED THE DECON LIKE PRODUCT IN THE BASEMENT AND AROUND THE UPSTAIRS AND TOLD HIM THE MICE WOULD EAT IT AND GO OUT THE WAY THEY CAME IN.. HE DID NOT EVEN LOOK FOR ANY WAYS THEY WERE ACTUALLY COMING IN OR ANYTHING .. HE SPENT LESS THAN 10 MINUTES THERE FOR OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS I ACTUALLY FIND THAT DISHONEST .. I WAS GOING TO CALL YOU GUYS TO DISCUSS HOW THAT WAS NOT OK BUT, I RAN INTO AN EMERGENCY HERE WITH MY FAMILY SO I DIDN'T GET TO DO IT IN TIME TO FIX IT.. I HAD REALLY LIKED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TIMELY
