They came on time. Answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone was friendly. Did the job quickly and well. Very impressed.

Mason was very professional, he was knowledgeable about procedures.

We usually use Terminix and Beeline was 1,000 times better! Ordered the inspection and it was completed and sent back to me the next day.

First phone call was good. Made appointment for service. But then we received calls from two other people claiming to be Beeline and trying to set up an appointment. The day of the appointment the service rep came and did the work....... but was upset we didn't have a check waiting for him. We had not been told we needed to do this. After calling the company and spending ten minutes clearing things we wrote a check and the upset rep.... who spent his time tapping his foot at the wrong address for payment got his check and was on his way.... a little concerning.

Carpenter Ants live inside the wood/trees they have invaded to propagate their species. I looked for a pest control company that would inject poison into the wood to get at the nest(s). When I called Beeline the receptionist told me that the technician would inject into the wood to try to exterminate the ants. Much to my chagrin the technician said they spray but do not inject. Spraying, he said, will eventually kill off the colonies IF the ants walk in the sprayed on insecticide and take it back to the queen. This is my problem with not injecting: the ants live in the wood and do not come out except for the winged ants that leave to start a new colony. It seems like an exercise in futility but I will withhold final judgment until the Spring when I see how much more damage they have or have not done. As far as customer service goes, they were very kind. I would recommend Beeline just for that ☺

Didn't really due much for 85.00. Threw down some blue cubes in the garage . I paid 85. Bucks and that's it...
