I had a very disappointing experience. I had a mice problem. Beeline came out and put out a few bait stations and assured me this would take care of the problem. A month later I was still getting mice droppings. I asked them to come out again. The technician came out, reviewed what the last guy had done and said they really couldnâ t do anything more. He suggested I clean up any potential food source, which I did. A week later I actually saw a mouse in my bedroom. Since Beeline had already told me this was all they could do I did the research to find another company. I called Beeline to see about getting a refund, but they said they do not give refunds. They offered to send another person out, but by this time I was very anxious to get this resolved. The other company was coming son, and I had no reason to trust that Beeline could do more for me. Very disappointing.

They discovered that the problem I thought I had was not in fact the problem I really had and treated the actual problem instead of the much more expensive suspected problem. I was impressed.
