I had a termite inspection. They came out quickly and did a great job. They also explained how things worked.

We called and explained what another company called wasps. Over the phone they told us it wasn’t wasps, but yellowjackets. They came out the following day. While spraying, they found another colony, sprayed for them without additional charge, even though we had more than was originally agreed upon.

when I first requestrd a quote Beeline was very responsive but not overly pushy like I havr experienced with other companies. The person I talked with and made my appointment with was very knowledgeable. We needed Beeline for a rodent problem (mice), and she quickly put me at ease by explaining how easy it was to grt rid of them and fully explained the process. When it came time for my appointment they called me to let me know what time they would be at my home. They were alwayd happy to answer any of my questions. Overall, it was great to work with Beeline.

So this is an addendum to my original review. On the initial visit I had an experience with a relatively inexperienced employee who couldn't really answer my questions but was pleasant enough. Because of this less than satisfactory experience I gave Beehive 2 stars which I am changing to 5. To their credit, they followed up with me and offered to repeat the initial service. The next technician who came out was extremely knowledgeable and spent a lot of time answering my questions before he began the treatments. You know life is not perfect, but I always respect a company that fully stands behind their work and wants to make sure their customers are happy. As a result of the follow up visit, I'm going to hire them for another job.
