They were a bit late for appt but called to let me know. He explained what he was spraying and how it worked. He sprayed everywhere including a small shed, all around the house, and trees for same price. Very nice

I hired someone to come deal with rats. The person they sent out came with two traps and proceeded to tell me he knew nothing about rats. I had been setting traps. I needed someone to brainstorm with me. He didn't want to look at the site, he didn't even look at where the rats were entering my yard. He just sat some traps down and said "in 7-10 days the rats should be gone". I asked how will I know if the bait is working, what about if new rats come, is there something else I can do to avoid this problem." He didn't answer any of them and said again, "he doesn't deal with rats"! I spent $95.00 for something I could have done. I now have to hire someone else to come out.

since they came out I have had no issues with bugs inside or out. and the gentalman that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. i would reccomend them to anyone.

This is the first time I have used a pest control service. It is a lot less expensive than I thought it would be. I had black widow spiders inside my house. The tech told me if I see a single live bug/spider to call and they would re-spray. I have not seen any spiders in this house since they first came out. I like Beeline because they did not try to sell me a continuous service contract. Their pricing was fair and if I still had an ant problem after two weeks, they would return and spray again at no additional charge. The technician was thorough and explained everything he did. I used them last year to get rid of wasps and I am glad I used them again this year. They will continue to be my "go to" pest control service.

It was a simple required VA Termite inspection, and the guy that came to do it was nice, friendly, and didn't miss a single room or wall. Very thorough. Also gave me some free bonus advice regarding the Vole invasion that's starting in my back yard. I may just hire Beeline rather than do it myself just because of that.

Their quarterly service for bugs and insects is great. I don't see any crrepy crawlies in my house. They come out as needed too.

I have never wanted to hire a pest control company. I have always just sprayed for them myself. However termites are out of my skill set. Fortunately Beeline knows what it takes and how to do it. Their methods are very through and are willing to guarantee their results for 15 years. I couldn’t guarantee my results for more than 3 months. Hiring a professional is a huge difference. If you need to exterminate make it easy call Beeline.
