I was extremely unimpressed. Response time was fast, but technician was talking on his phone the whole time He completely disregarded my request not to spray until I had removed the front mat and decor from the front porch. We went to move it and he was already spraying over it even when I had specifically requested he not and his response was "Oh, it won't hurt it".

Pretty good. A little more expensive than a few local competitors, but they came out the same day, so no complaints.

The young man did show up on time and sprayed everywhere I asked him to spray. Seemed a lot more thorough than other companies I have used in the past and they also gave me the best deal. I was glad I did not have to sign up for a contract.
