It has been a week now...still finding mouse droppings......I m not sure that their approach works by placing chunks of bait here and there and hoping they disappear. It was $150 for a few pellets to be placed. They guarantee for three months...so I ll see what the next few days bring...they say one week and all mice should disappear...

It's not effective to hire them because they will only take care of SOME rodents. They helped with the vole situation in the backyard but when gophers moved in the front yard, they wouldn't help me. They don't do gophers. The voles came back just after the warranty was up, but that's not Beeline's fault. Ugh. I'm really frustrated. They did ok for what they do, but my yard is apparently very attractive to burrowing rodents of all kinds.

Beeline was willing to respond the quickest when I found termites in my basement -- they came to assess the next day whereas other companies couldn't schedule an assessment until a week later. Beeline came to apply their treatment two days later. The service tech gave me the impression he would clean up the mess the termites had left in the room with the problem. He did not. He cleaned his spot where he treated and that was it. Outside, he left even more of a mess where he had to drill into the driveway concrete to apply to the treatment -- cement dust and dirt splattered on my garage doors. Luckily, not a major problem -- spraying with a garden hose took care of that. The service cost was $850. I was more interested in getting the problem treated quickly so I didn't really do any comparison shopping. I was told I definitely shouldn't see any termites after 90 days. So far, even after just 30 days, I haven't seen any. The service comes with a 15 year warranty.

beeline had a tech at our place the morning after I called for routine pest control and termite inspection. He was very friendly and didn’t try to up sell anything. Will definitely do business with beeline in the future.
