Kyle was able to quickly troubleshoot and repair the outlet and doorbell. I asked him to assess my smoke alarms since at least one of them didn't seem to be working correctly. He said replacing the one would be adequate for passing an inspection, but since they were 15 years old and the price didn't seem excessive ($30 for each unit and its installation), I decided on having all of them replaced. Kyle said he'd be back the next morning with the replacements, and so he was. He seemed to be a pretty busy guy (had to wait a few days for an appointment), but I didn't feel he was rushing through the little jobs at my house.

Kyle did a great job installing our whole-house generator. He's honest, straight forward, and easy to work with. The quality of his workmanship is top-notch. Kyle took care of permitting and everything. He showed me how everything worked and made sure I was happy with everything before billing me. That's a refreshing twist and an indication of his commitment to his customers. I'd highly recommend Shupe Electric to anyone.

lBest part is the excellent feedback to what would work best with what we needed. He didn't try to sell us on the most expensive products, but what would work best. If we wanted something in a place that was questionable, he would suggest alternative solutions to give us the best needed light or mood lighting in our home. He would even climb to a very high ceiling several times just to let us see what different type of light the light bulbs gave. Always removed shoes when entering the house, and was always professional and polite. Not calling anyone else for our electrical needs. They also set up for sound systems and home alarm systems.

First provided an estimate. Then came on the date and time agreed upon fully prepared. Part of the the work requested was on a per hour rate but they finished that part quickly. I am satisfied with the work quality. Both men were very friendly and customer service oriented. I would use them again.

They fixed everything up. They were so courteous, considerate and kind. They were also very reasonably priced. The young men who came out just left me with a wonderful experience.

They found a serious problem with incoming electric line and immediately got power company to fix. No charge for visit. They did suggest upgrades to the breaker box due to the problem and I am scheduling a follow up visit. They offered all available options from low cost solutions to sturdy life long solutions.
