It didn't work out with Salmon and Sons Construction. It was going to be a huge project and changed into a simpler one. He was very nice. His first quote was very, very high and then he said he could probably come down. You can tell he knows what he's doing. The first quote was $100,000 and then it went down to $30,000; it just didn't feel right that he gave me one quote and the he came around. He had some good idea and he was very professional.

I have nothing but excellent praise for Salmon and Sons Construction. This company is honest and fair and their work is absolutely superb. They know what they are doing and they don't cut corners. They did a full remodel of our main floor that included hardwood floors, updated plumbing/electrical and the installation of a gourmet kitchen. We could not be happier with the outcome. The thing I liked best was their overall communication and responsiveness to us. These projects always come in long and take more money than originally expected but the costs were always discussed with us and there were no surprises or underhandedness. If we weren't happy, they would fix it. Nothing was more important to them than our satisfaction. They are wonderful to deal with and we felt well taken care of. Marcus and Josh were the main workers and they were fantastic to deal with and always did what they said they were going to do. Keith, the owner, is a straight up guy. He is honest and I never felt he was trying to take advantage of us. He spent alot of time with us regarding details and design and we were confident in his overall knowledge and experience. He was also realistic and would kindly guide us if he thought an idea wouldn't work. Marcus is a master with electrical and tile work. Our backsplash is truly a work of art! They have excellent subs working for them who seem loyal and responsive to timelines and requests if something needed to be ammended. We just loved this company and will not hesitate to hire them in the future. They have my highest recommendation!! You will not be sorry. We sure weren't!
