Description of Work: I called for AC service, said the soonest would be the following Thursday. I understood as the heat popped out here. But the driver was in the neighborhood the next day and he did a quick check and changed out the part. They exceeded expectation so I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: We had gotten multiple quotes on a new furnace and air conditioner. Humphries not only provided the best quote, they gave detailed information on which systems would be the best for us. They did not recommend the highest priced model. That was amazing since they could have made more money. They suggested 2 different units and gave information on both suggestions and provided pros and cons for each. They were very easy to deal with. The crew that installed the new units were hard workers and were able to complete within one day. We are very happy with our new furnace and air conditioner and would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: My air conditioner kept freezing up so they cleaning the coils and refilled the refrigerant. A package deal was suggested to save me money and get my air conditioner/heater working properly. The repairman was professional, courteous and competent. The necessary maintenance was completed and a job well done.

Description of Work: Replaced A/C, Furnace, and Thermostat. Extremely professional. Very punctual. All pricing was presented up front and did not vary. Very honest in dealing with concerns and issues. Also performed repairs to the ducts and contracted another company to clean them the day before. They really know what they're doing.

Description of Work: Exceptional work. The technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in great detail about the efficiency of my heating system and the thing that he looked at. He was very professional, honest, knowledgeable, exceptionally trained, customer services oriented, and the quality of his work was excellent. I am not sure about the exact price without looking up my records but the price was a promotional price through Angie's List and was about $58. It was and exceptional deal since the tune up and green sticker analysis would cost well over $140.
