"Prompt, efficient. I should have done a price comparison before I hired them -- over $700 seemed excessive in retrospect. They didn't wear booties on their shoes and walked all over my white carpet in boots fresh from outdoors and snow. Also they didn't really have towels to get equipment from door to the fireplace -- although cover for fireplace area was more than adequate. I had to point out part of the screening that was still dirty when they were about to leave and they had to bring their huge vacuum inside again -- more dirt on the wood floor."
