Description of Work: I had used the company in 2011 and they did an excellant job installing storm doors on our rear doors. So they were the first company i thought of when we were looking to install an Anderson storm door on our front door. I called them on 9/17 for a quote and got a call back from Matt the next day. He asked for some information on the new door and the previous 2011 installation they did. I emailed Matt the information he requested along with pictures of the front and rear doors. I followed up on the quote late on 9/19 and finally heard back from Matt on 9/21. At that time he told me he did not have a quote yet and was waiting to hear from Anderson. He said he'd get back to me shortly. When I still hadn't heard from him on Monday 9/24. I went with the quote I got from Home Depot and let Matt know that I didn't need his quote. Based on my previous experience with Stock this was a disappointing experience. I wouldn't use them in the future.

 + -1 moreWe were looking to put storm doors/screens on our rear exterior double doors. We talked with three companies for quotes, one was $500 more and the other never gave us a quote although they came out and took measurements. Stock came out , took the measurements and quickly got back to us with a quote. it took about a month for the doors to arrive and at that point they contacted us to arrange for the installation. The installer was timely, took about 7 hours to complete the installation, cleaned up the boxes and debris and went over how the door functioned and how to switch the screens and glass. It was a smooth installation.
Description of Work: They installed two Anderson storm doors model 6068 with removable screens and storm windows
