We provided the paint. He did a good job. I referred him to somebody else. Somebody asked me who did that for painting and would you use him again. I said, yeah, I would. So I gave her his name. Then she gave it to her friend that needed to have some painting done. He is very responsive. He always got back to me and I can always get a hold of me. Other contractors, roofing people, we just really have a hard time getting them to call us back or show up. It was nice to hear somebody actually respond.

Eduardo is professional and communicates fairly well. Attention to detail was not as good as it could have been: some doors remained unlocked overnight, key box was left with the combo set so others could get the combo if they looked, took the key out of the key box and took it home so others could not get in the unit, Said he would take all the outlet covers off when he painted, but he had someone else paint one unit and they did not do this. It is difficult to fine help in Cedar that just does the basic minimums: answers the phone, does what s/he says they will do, finishes the job in a reasonable amount of time. etc. This job took about three weeks. He did communicate with me regarding delays and not all the delays were his fault, but 3 weeks to paint 2 one bedroom units is a long time. I would not use him again unless I am desperate. I will try other handy man services first even if I have to pay more.

It was great and he did a nice job. He is a very nice man and very polite, and his prices are reasonable. Eduardo does different things. I would ask others to check him out because he does a nice job. He came recommended to me from a man who painted the outside of my house and moved away, and he highly recommended Eduardo. I have been very happy with his work. I haven't done a whole lot, but I liked whatever he has done. I don't even know his last name. He did a good job, and he really went a little overboard. To me, he went beyond what most people would do. His responsiveness was a little slow. He is very professional, and I am going to use him in the future. He did also give me an estimate on refinishing some cabinets, which I thought was reasonable. He hasn't done it yet, but I will use him.
