The price for the service last year was very reasonable. Tonight, he was kind enough to help our son, who has a wife and 3 young girls, and they were without heat. He walked him through some troubleshooting and a repair over the phone. We felt bad calling him on a Sunday night, and were so impressed and grateful he was willing to help him get it working! Very rare these days, and very much appreciated! We will never use anyone else. Thank you!

Quickly identified AC issues in my newly purchased home. The technician attempted to correct issues without replacing unit to help us reduce costs. After attempting all possible repairs, the unit did need to be replaced, was replaced quickly, and professionally. Costs were covered by Home Warranty in the end. Would highly recommend DAVIS Heating and Air.

Woke up on Sunday morning and heater was not working. House was at 44 F. Called for service and service representative Chip was dispatched within 20 minutes. Problem was diagnosed as a plugged vacuum line and was fixed very quickly. Chip did a thorough service of the heater while he was there. Price charged was just for an off-hour service call. Very professional and friendly service

Re arranged the entire system to be functional. Previous contractor left it all in shambles and left the state. I learned a lesson. Don't pay up front. Davis provided an invoice after completion of work.

I tried to turn on the air to the house to no avail. Call Davis who has serviced us several times and they immediately came out, spotted the problem, and fixed it immediately. I was told they hated to charge me for the trip because it was so simple but we live WAY out but I was glad to pay the charge. My dogs had gotten between the two units chasing a ball and yanked the wires apart. Simple fix. These guys could have told me ANYTHING...but they were honest and everything was done in literally seconds...great guys.

Both my mom and sister have used them. The person I always ask for takes the time to go over exactly what he is doing, why he is doing it, and what the benefits are of doing it. They used dropcloths and anything to protect my carpet. We had snow on the ground and they took their shoes off without being asked. He is just extremely professional, courteous, and reliable. I would use their service again in the future.
