Roger was always on time with his work. He was at the jobsite when he was supposed to be (unlike other subs we encountered), and he always had great suggestions or ideas to help us improve or upgrade when called for. For example he suggested an RO faucet in the master bath, it was a GREAT idea! Yes it cost a little more out of pocket but WELL worth it. Roger is courteous and has a no nonsense approach to his job and will tell you if he thinks something needs to be changed. He worked well with the other subs. Roger is honest, and very helpful. A few months after we moved in the main ball valve broke (not his fault, it was a manufacturing issue). Our crawlspace was flooded, it was cold and snowy, but when we called he came over and fixed it no problem. We are very happy with his work. We are so happy in fact, we have recommended him to many of our friends and he has also done work for us at our jobsite when a pipe broke. His prices are reasonable and our friends have also been extremely happy with his work. I would give Roger an A+ and would absolutely recommend him if you need a great plumber!
