Description of Work: They were used for my new home construction by my contractor and I have nothing but problems with the irrigation system they installed. Leaks were prevalent after we closed and the valves they installed are now filled with debris since the system was not cleaned before they closed it up.

+ -1 moreAfter I paid my deposit, the work start was delayed due to other jobs in progress. Then they came and laid about two thirds of the job and then left. I called several times and I was assured that they only left because they ran out of pavers, but the truth is there is still a stack in my front yard unlaid. To date, they have not come back to finish the job or offer a refund or proper explanation. If Jeff is in the hospital or something like that I should at least be told about it. I have received a letter from our home owner's association and want the job finished properly. The part that was laid looks good and Jeff seems like a nice enough man, he just hasn't finished the job and doesn't seem to care about the inconvenience he has put us though having our entrance a mess.
