sewer cleaning
+ -1 moreMixed results. Called late on a Sunday night. He answered the phone, said would be there first thing the next morning. Showed up when he said he would, cleaned the drained. He marked the pipe locations, but they were incorrect. BUT, he is very overpriced and rude if you question anything about what he's doing or if you need anything more (including information) after he's left the premises. His rudeness and unwillingness to help with information contributed to us losing a contract on our house.
Description of Work: Did an initial video of our sewer pipe, snaked out, then jetted out the drain.

+ -1 moreCalled on a Friday night about 5 pm to locate where the septic tank and opening was located in the front of my house. He responded to the call and was at the house in about 30 minutes. He did a great job of locating the tank. It was right where he indicated it would be. He was pleasant and professional and I felt his fees were very reasonable.

+ -1 moreMade the entire house burp! 3 toilets 2 tubs and a shower 4 sinks all draining at the same time is a sound you don't hear every day. saved me a lot of money...
Description of Work: After 3 attempts to snake my own lines "trying to save money" couldn't get the lines cleared, found out I have a 3 foot section of pipe the jogs 90' so my clog was in that 90. I using rental equipment could not make that corner. called rhino rooter in as a last resort before digging in middle of winter. They showed up I explained the situation and we tried it out, got it cleared! Very fast work only at my house 2 hrs. Very professional have paper receipt to keep track of expenditures would use them again.

+ -1 moreHe lies, overcharges, and doesn't give receipts. He only takes cash. He claimed that the sewage blockage was coming from toilet paper stuck in the drain which I don't believe to be true. He put the blame on me.
Description of Work: I had sewage backing up into my basement and downstairs shower. He was supposed to fix this.
