Jess has extensive experience in his field before he started his own firm. I had a water softener that blew a gasket (11 years old) and flooded my basement utility room, hallway and bathroom in my basement. Jessâ quick weekend response was amazing, so fast it saved even further damage. Jess gave us Amazing extra mile service and made it like new, everything. He has great updated technological tools to diagnose/analyze and fix all the problems we had. I give him my highest recommendation possible.

I was impressed from the first call. The attention to detail and care for my home was awesome. After a hot water leak, HSL responded promptly, cleaned up the water. Helped us avoid costly repairs with immediate mitigation and drying carpets. They filed the claim details directly with my insurance which the experience even better considering the circumstances.
