Description of Work: They did a nice job washing interior & exterior windows, I signed up for their monthly maintenance program.& have run into some bumps with their service & punctuality. On multiple occacsions they did not come as scheduled,however,they do always 'make it right.' I have had several of their employees take ownership of my account,only to find they are no longer with the company when I have reached out to them. They are also supposed to let you know when they are coming for the maintenance program,as well as leave you a notice when they finish,& I have yet to have this occur.

+ -1 moreI thought that they had great communication the whole time because there was a little bit of a mix up as far as what day and time they were going to come out. However, they still called me back right away to set a good day and time that worked for both of us.
Description of Work: Sharper View cleaned the screens and the inside and outside of 19 windows in my home.
