Payne returned my call almost immediately and continued to give me status reports on when they could start and finish my job. Willing to come back and tweek one sprinkler head that was not spraying as it should. Friendly and courteous and answered all my questions quickly. I like that the business is so diverse and I am sure I will have work for them again in the future.

He never discussed pricing with me during repair process and then said we owed him $885 after only about 2 1/2 hours of work but our sprinklers still don't work right and they won't ever shut off unless we keep them on manual start and then manually turn them off. He fixed something that was leaking but that was it. Certainly not worth $885 considering we now have to have someone else come to finish the job and he should have told me what the charge would be once he was able to assess the situation and knew what the repair would consist of.
