MENLOVE APPLIANCE REPAIR

In July Scott came out to repair our ice-maker. We paid $339.98 with a check for labor and parts. It ended up not being the correct part. There were two more visits from Scott and Mike but we still do not have the correct part and now do not have a working ice-maker or water dispenser. Our attempts to contact anyone for help to resolve have been ignored. We would like a full refund and would appreciate hearing back to resolve. Very disappointed in Menlove. Will not ever use them again unless this can be resolved.

Kevin Menlove promptly came out to repair our ice maker. That was the last time anything was prompt. He quoted $59 service call fee, charged $69 and leveled the frig (which Kenmore specifically said NOT to do when they installed it). Within 3hrs an icicle was forming again and he was notified. Next, Kevin installed a new ice maker valve for $55. Same results. Two months later and in spite of repeatedly saying he will order and install a new ice maker... we haven't seen him. Last conversation, Kevin actually asked, "what do you want?" He promised when he put the valve in if it didn't work he'd return it and reimburse the $55. Nope, didn't do that either. He was referred by his own family member, my co-worker. You'd think doing this 35 years which I've been told twice... he'd be able to figure it out or at least not keep saying he'd do it. $124 later and ice maker has same issue. Unreliable, hassle & no resolution. UPDATE: I received an unsolicited full refund yesterday which paid for the ice maker I ordered from SearsPartsDirect and installed myself. Ice maker working GREAT. Menlove Appliance Repair fixed my dishwasher. They were very good. They completed the work on time and within their original estimate. We have hired them before, and they are always on time.

I thought that the company was very good. I was very much so well pleased. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and family. They did a wonderful job.
