I can't get rid of them. When I go to their website, they won't let me cancel. I have been trying to get out of this. I have sent them back their hardware computer plugs back to them and they keep charging me once a month. The connection has been unplugged for quite some time. I haven't used it for over a year easily. I can't stop them from billing me. I was on my way to the bank to see if I could have them stop releasing funds to them. It's so frustrating to get on their website or on their phone. I can't get anywhere on their website. I have been going back and forth on email. It hasn't gotten me anywhere whatsoever. I have asked them to cancel my account.
Description of Work: I contacted Magic Jack Phone Services a month and half ago to cancel my landline service with them.
