Description of Work: Humphrey Heating & Air performed a 20-pt A/C tune-up. The technician had an emergency call to respond to so was late getting to us. However, he called in a timely manner to advise us so we weren't sitting and waiting. He arrived at the later, agreed time and performed the tune-up quickly and efficiently. The A/C unit (which is a very old, out-dated model) works well and we are very pleased with Humphrey's service. Highly recommend. They have our future business without question.

I was not home on the installation day and I am concerned because no warranty or service information for follow-up was left. Overall I would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

The service provider identified the problem, had the replacement part, and was able to fix the problem on the visit. The provider was professional and showed up on time. I would use their services again.
