Description of Work: Excellent service and professionalism. Provided Air Conditioning service and tune up. Spent extra time cleaning condenser cooling fins. Added refrigerant and when they left the unit was running extremely well and continues to work well. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I requested a complete tune-up. I was scheduled for noon-2PM or 2-4PM. The technicians called in the morning to confirm and asked if they could come early which worked out great for me. They did their work and advised what might be a probability regarding maintenance for next year and gave a rough estimate what it would cost. The reason I gave a B is because I expected to see clean vents and there were still pollen clusters and leaves down in the bottom. I also gave a B on punctuality because they did change the appointment even though it worked out better for me.

Description of Work: I have purchased these kind of "specials" before frm Angie's List where you are getting a "tune-up" and when they arrive, they check things out and "discover" you need a whole lot more work and service. Not so with this offer, they did exactly what they said they would and everything was as I expected.
