I was very happy with the results. They handled everything from the tile work, sink, new faucet and toilet installation, painting, etc. They completed my project on time and within budget.

Serviceman explained well what he was doing, careful not to track around basement dirt.

This project went great - showed up on time did the agreed upon work. Was communicative and helpful with suggestions. Did a great job was fast and professional. I would hire again and we have used before. These guys always do a great job.

Hired Humphrey Plumbing Heating and Air to install new furnace motor, June of 2017. I had shut down my humidifier just prior to this as it was the end of the heating season. Humidifier worked fine prior to this point. Went to start up Humidifier for the 2018 heating season and it was totally dead. I noticed 2 broken wires that led to the Humidifier that weren't broken prior to the furnace motor install, as the humidifier worked fine up to this point. The tech came out and reconnected the wires, and I once again had power to the Humidifier, but it still did not work properly. At this point the tech told me that he thought that the solenoid and the Humidistat were causing the problem, and that I could buy the parts and install them myself, or call them back and they would do it, and the service call should be around $120. So I called around bought a whole new humidifier which was the exact same model as the old one, as this route was only a little bit more expensive than buying just the Solenoid and Humidistat alone. I called back to Humphrey's when I received the new Humidifier to set up the install, figuring it should be fairly straight forward. Same box, all the wires were already in place and should just entail swapping old parts for same new parts. Chad said that he was going to have to figure out a price for the install. I was a bit confused. Why not just charge me the your hourly rate times the number of hours to install? Looking at the simplicity of the project it seemed very quick and easy as it was all the same wiring and parts as before, just swap old for new. Chad had the same tech call me back and I was told that because their were 2 110 volt wires that had to be hooked up, that the price had just gone from around $120 to $295! I bought the exact parts that the tech told me to buy! He told me that the only difference between the old humidifier and the new, was a small included transformer that was already included with the new humidifier. He knew this transformer was powered by 110 volts AC! Chad's reaction when I told him that I already had the Humidifier and that i just wanted it installed, was pretty obvious that he was going jack up the price I was originally told, because he had no ability to "Mark Up" the cost of the humidifier and parts, because I already had them!

Excellent work was done. They replaced all 4 toilets, made it very convenient for us and offered some guidance on other plumbing questions I had while they were there. If I end up doing additional work, they will be my first call.

Great. This topped off our new plumbing that Mike of Humphrey's did 2 weeks ago. Hooray. Solves a number of plumbing problems from the last twenty years.

Quickly, thoroughly and elegantly done with minimal disruption to 111 year old walls. Mike and his partner were so knowledgeable from the bid process on. Will surely call on them when in need again. Under two working days. Great cleanup after.

Our HVAC (dual zone) was over 20 years old when we moved in. When one of the ACs went out (refrigerant leak) we opted to replace rather than repair. They were able to give us a very competitive price to replace both zones at the same time. Install took about two days and they were able to have the ACs online and working before they left on day 1. Had one minor issue that they were able to come out and quickly rectify. Still waiting on the city of Sandy to come do an inspection but the work looks clean and I don’t expect any problems. They seem like the kind of group that will stand by their work hassle free but even if there was a major issue I’m sure you could go sit down with the owner and work it out. Great crew, would recommend.

The job was completed in less than 2 hours because he brought a helper, which was a lot faster than I had anticipated, but also cost a little more than anticipated.

I have been using Humphrey for about 2 years now for a wide variety of things. They are not pushy and every time they leave my house, they left it clean and with me feeling like they took care of me. I will continue to use them in the future and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Great! Mike was so knowledgeable. I thought just the drain in the floor was plugged and come to find out it was the sewer. He came out right away. He was able to cut the roots out and camera down the line to give us a idea of what was next after. He was able to get us on a regular snaking to keep the roots under control till we could afford to get a permanent fix. Ty so much mike and humphreys. You saved the day!

I was not happy with them and I would not hire them again. I wasn't impressed, he wasn't very thorough, he wasn't here very long. When I have had it done in the passed they've done a thorough job they've been here a lot longer than what he was. I'm not quite sure he was real qualified, I would not have them come again. They didn't do anything wrong, but they didn't do anything outstanding. The price was good, but I wonder if the price reflected the quality.

The service was timely and the technician courteous and professional. Felt like he provided an honest assessment of the equipment and enough information as to how to proceed in the future. Would definitely use their services again.

I bought "...a Heating or Cooling Service Call Including Diagnostics of the Problem" on the Angies List website. What I got was the refrigerant removed (dare I say stolen) from my system, the system left open to the air, a quote for new furnace and air conditioning systems. I was told the compressor was working, but there was no refrigerant in the system. There had to have been refrigerant in the system before the service call because the system had just frozen up. I only paid $35 for the service call, but this service call cost me $500 in R-22 refrigerant that was removed from my system.

Very well, except he only used a small scope to check the cleanliness of the AC coils, and Fan. I wasn't totally convinced that all of the coils and fan blades could be inspected thoroughly without taking the panel off to see them visually close up!
