Description of Work: Humphrey's scheduled an appointment with me to do an AC inspection but forgot to assign a technician, so the morning of service no one came and I had to call in to find out what was going on. However, they still fit me in on the same day, and the technician (Matt) was very friendly and eager to help. He diagnosed the problem quickly and worked quickly, and he even followed up a few weeks later to ask how my AC was working. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of service he was providing.
