Description of Work: Humphrey's technician cleaned our furnace located in the crawl space and suggested a proactive maintenance schedule. He called ahead, was prompt and efficient. He forgot something requiring him to return the following day, which is understandable.

Description of Work: The weather did not cooperate and they were not able to provide service for about 3 months. When the day came for them to actually keep the appointment, they called to say they were running very late (after 6 PM). We could not accommodate the delay. | |I tried rescheduling after that and never received a call back. I gave up.

Description of Work: Did furnance tune-up It went great and the service person gave great advice on furture problems we may have. WE would use them again and have told our friends about them.

Description of Work: Nick was prompt. Called to let me know how close he was, and even arrived 10 minutes early. He said my furnace was in good shape and that he didn't find much to vacuum even though I had put a new filter in a month late. I was very happy with the service and the price.

The technician was friendly, honest and even installed a new thermostat that I had bought without any other charge. So I gave him a tip beyond the work and check of my furnace for the winter. I would recommend them!

Description of Work: The technician did a good job to service my furnace. He found my filter was not installed correctly, so he showed me how to do that. He also found a gas leak in the main line coming to my furnace. He estimated $200 to repair, but I had the gas company come out and they fixed it for free.

Description of Work: Heating and AC Inspection.Checked heating chamber of furnace for wear and cracking. Found sign of small cracking in combustion chamber. Need to watch this going forward. Advised me that my AC was far larger than needed and wasn't property balanced with the size of my furnace. This combination will probably lead to premature failure of the AC compressor or furnace blower motor. Good information and the Technician did not try to sell me on any new equipment.

Description of Work: Performed furnace tune and inspection per list on Angie's list. Found a few issues which we reported to our Home Warranty company. Service provider would not work with home warranty company and any repairs or replacement would have to be out of our pocket and then reimbursed. I don't believe they ever provided the proper information to home warranty company for us to proceed any further with them. Service provider performed what was expected, however, this was our first tune-up and are assuming that what they noted was accurate. Tech was friendly and professional, seemed to be knowledgeable.

Description of Work: This company came out and diagnosed a problem with our air conditioner. They went over all the options and helped me think about pros and cons. When I decided to purchase a new unit they made it very affordable. The service crew was professional and timely.

Description of Work: I knew my furnace was getting old and another company I had been using for years told me it would be close to $10,000 dollars. I panicked because I am a widow on a fixed budget. Justin came and inspected my furnace and without knowing my history explained what was going on with my furnace and drew illustrations and gave me several options from one end of the price spectrum to another. In the end I opted to get a furnace that was very reasonable and nowhere near $10,000. The workers that came were very nice. They placed a tarp down over the carpets and were very careful with everything. Mat the one head young man even was singing to my oldies radio station. Ha! They even threw in a new humidifier and redid the ductwork to the furnace that the original installers did wrong. All in all very happy with Humphrey's.
