Description of Work: Humphrey Heating and Air came to my home to perform a fireplace start up. He checked, cleaned and spray painted (where needed) everything. He taught me how to use the remote control as I was new to this home and fireplace. He was very knowledgable, polite and efficient. I would definitely use Humphreys in the future!

Description of Work: They canceled less than an hour before the scheduled service. I had left work early that day because of this scheduled service. They never called to reschedule, and I am not sure if I was ever reimbursed for their not showing.
