The technician showed up on time and thoroughly examined all three air conditioners. Two were low on coolant, and one had a worn part that needed to be replaced. He explained what should be done to maintain them in good condition. Very helpful.

They were on time. They were very clean, nine and honest. They actually were more helpful than others that I've talked to before. The man that came gave me options for my A/C instead of just telling me to get a new one.

The service person was professional, punctual, and prepared to do our service. He set to work and was done within an hour. He talked with me about what he had checked and done.

They were very good! The person that came was very knowledgeable, he checked everything out and was very honest. I also used him for something else and he did a good job with that too! I am satisfied with them, they were here right away and they did a great job!

On time very professional. for the $39.00 I thougth I got alot. even thougth the freon cost $100.00 dollars. I was very satisfied. .

My appointment was for Friday between 3 and 5. The technician called before the visit (about 3:30) and said he would be there in about 15 minutes. He showed up on time, was polite, and started work right away. He found that a high voltage distributor cap that he claimed was necessary for maintaining proper voltage to the compressor motor was at the lower limits of its suitable range. He recomended that I replace it as this could reduce the life of the compressor motor if left unchecked. He also stated that the refrigerant was at the lower limits of what was acceptabe as well. As I had another technician look at the unit just last year and charged it, we both came to the conclusion that I had a very small leak. The technician I had charge it last year said that to fix a leak in the system I would have to evacuate the system, and put the whole system under pressure to find the leak. He also sait it would be very expensive. The technician on this vist said he had a type of stop leak that he could add to the system before charging it that he was sure would stop the leak, and would save me money. I agreed to have all of the work done. Unfortunately, he didn't have all of the items available on the truck on that vist, so he had to come back on Saturday to complete the service. He came back the next day around the time we both agreed and promptly took care of everything. He was so confident that the stop leak would work, he extended the warranty from 90 days to 1 year. I was pleased with the service overal, and would consider Humphrey Heating and Air in the future. John

I thought they were great. The value was really good. It's not a big company so I was a little worried about the quality but they did a great job. They saved me from having to replace my furnace.

The guy was courteous. They did try and up sell a lot of services. He did try and sell another $1,600.00 worth of service. He was prompt, polite, and he did do a good job.

The service was okay. We are discontinuing service as they wanted to up sell us. They do have good people that work for them and the work was good however.

Yes, I did use the services of "Humphrey, Heating and Air" for Heating & A/C. They had installed a heater. A couple of months ago I think it was November. They were okay. They came when they said they would, and and they were helpful and they were good to work with. It had cost us $ 3200. Okay, my biggest problem was that my heater would not work when we had called them and they had come back, everything is supposedly still under warranty because you know the furnace is new. I agree with the disclaimer that you read to me as correct, and I dont mind this audio and its text placed on the web.

The experience was very good. He quoted us over the phone, was able to come out quickly and do the job. The price was the same as was quoted on the phone. I really appreciated the professional manner which the technician performed the job. And I LOVE having a humidifier on my furnace!
