I called to schedule the appointment and they advised there would be additional work required including the installation of a water line and drain in the attic. They were friendly, helpful and understood my circumstances. He seemed very knowledgeable and was willing to try to accommodate but I ended up cancelling the deal. He was willing to do what it took, which was appreciated but I will be going in a different direction.

Men were professional and on-time. Answered questions and were thorough.

These guys are AMAZING!! They were honest, professional, and reasonably priced! I called them at 4pm and within an hour Chad (who I believe is the owner) was at my home. I'm so grateful because when I've called other HVAC people in the past they say they can't come past 5pm without an after hours/ rush fee, Chad however didn't charge me anything extra, in fact he even took my Angie's List coupon. We discovered we would need a new furnace (which wasn't a shock since it was 33 years old) and Chad gave me all the options, he even suggested the cheapest option for my particular needs/ home size. They said they had another install the next day, but would come right after that. Things ran a little long on their other job so they weren't able to get the bulk of work done until after 6pm. Instead of making me wait another night in our FREEZING house they worked on through the night until my furnace was working and we were warm. They stayed til 9:30pm and did so with a smile on their faces! I am so grateful I found this amazing company. I cannot say enough good things about them and look forward to using them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went very well. They thoroughly inspected and found no major defects. They helped me avoid any excess service costs. This was the first time I have used this company. I liked that they walked me around after inspecting things and explained what they found. They made simple recommendations that I could really do on my own. They were able to keep costs low. I really did not have any dislikes.

The service went really bad. They came out on time, they said they checked everything through and they charged us the amount they said they would. Except they didn't notice an obvious leak in lifting a broken part in one of the furnaces so we need to get someone else to fix it.

Worst. He opened some screws, after he left I still see couple of screws lying around. He told me that I need to change the pad for humidifer, once he left water started leaking and I have new carpet and it became wet. and now I am worried about mold. When I called him, he sent some one to check, and he tricked me out of the furnance room and he shut the water and he mentioned he fixed it. I realized that humidifer was not working, so I just went and turned the water, and it was still leaking. Now I had to find some one who could fix the leak for my humidifer. I never never had a leak from my humidifier, till this vendor touched it to check the pad. They give the deal and they set customer for bigger expense.

Replaced water heater and deducted the cost of the coupon from the total cost of the installed water heater.

Professional and punctual. Clean and polite. Wore shoe covers to come into my home. Showed clear evidence of a problem with a part. Gave me a 10% discount on the part when I committed to two future inspections. Worked quickly.

It went well. I would call them again.

The technician was great. professional and helpful. I will use them again in the future. I was looking for a good heating professional!

After purchasing the service Shayne contacted me in a timely manner. He was able to accomodate my schedule in a short time frame. Shayne arrived right on time and was very professional. He did a thorough inspection and made some adjustments as well as cleaned the unit. Nothing needed to be repaired and he didn't try to sell us anything. He also took the time to check our AC unit (we just purchased our home 3 months ago) and was very informative. Again, no sales pitch. My husband asked about servicing our AC unit in the spring and we were provided with information about an annual service contract. Very reasonable! We will definately be using Humphrey Heating & Air again and recommend them highly!

Humphrey H&A was able to help me fix my problem over the phone. They did not have to perform a service call and did not earn any money from me today, but they earned a customer and I will call them in the future if I have any HVAC service or maintenance needs.

Purchased a furnace inspection and tune-up on an Angie's List special. Appointment was easy to schedule. "Shane", our technician, was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgable. The service was very thorough. He pointed out things that could become potential issues but never tried to hard sell me, which I really appreciated. It was a great experience and I would definitely call Humphreys in the future if I had a problem.

The representative was punctual, professional and got the job done quickly. He also evaluated and gave estimates on several other potential projects at no additional cost.

However I knew before they came that my furnace was not working properly. They diagnosed the problem, ordered and installed the part and the furnace is now back to its functional operation. Excellent job.

Our heater broke on a weekend night. They were responsive that night but were booked until morning. They came right away in the morning. But they made sure we would be ok until then.

They were punctual and professional, and the service was performed well.

-I bought the service and received an email regarding the message on my Angie's List account -I provided the service provider with three possible dates, as requested -I received another message from the provider that indicated they had cancelled the service and that Angie's List would assist in the refund -I had some difficulty figuring out how to get Angie's List to refund the money...it took time and I was frustrated that it was not clear to me how to do this on the site or the communication from the provider -The service is still available on Angie's List so I am disappointed that it appears to be my service which was cancelled, and I really needed it. My dripping faucet is now a stream of water.

Scheduling the toilet installation was convenient & the service was professional and done well. I would highly recommend Humphrey to friends & family & use their services again in the future.

Replaced the spark ignitior and tuned up the furnace.

We paid for the service Big Deal. We were contacted by the plumbing company to set up a time, then they sent us notice that they were no longer offering plumbing services.

Two days later I was contacted by the company letting me know they are no longer offer plumbing services. I have attached the letter below. I am sorry to inform you that as of today we have had to make the decision to no longer offer plumbing services. I am deeply apologetic and Angie's list can help to get your money refunded or if you prefer we can offer you our furnace and central air tune up. We preform the furnace tune up in the winter and the central air tune up in the spring. We normally offer this for $119. Thanks Chad Thanks, Humphrey Plumbing Heating and Air

It went really well. A tenant had cut all the wiring etc., to the existing system so we had to replace it. Humphrey's called to let me know and quickly gave us a quote for a new system. Price was good after I did some comparision. SO NICE to deal with a company that does what they say they are going to do and for the price given. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent customer service. No problem when a family emergency caused me to reschedule the first appointment. Tune up of furnaces and evaluation of each unit.
