It was a big job, but Chase and his crew were great to work with. Plus, they made sure it came in on budget (a big plus!) It pains me to write this review, because I had a great experience with Jason, when I had them replace my a/c and furnace last year, and so when I wanted to replace 3 toilets in my home and get my kitchen sink unclogged, I called Humphreys. This was about 3-months ago and their plumber came out and fixed the drain, and gave me a quote of $1,500 for the 3 toilets (upgrading to a larger diameter). We were not ready to change the toilets out yet until this week. They sent out a new guy who had replaced the previous plumber, BIG Mistake, don't know what the previous guy did to no longer work there, but much more people oriented and better representative of the company. New guy is an hour an a half late to show up when he calls me to tell me he will be there in another half an hour. He also states that he won't be able to get to my job today because he knows a couple of ladies who have been without hot water for over a week and he wants to take care of them instead of my concerns today, but he will stop by to look at the toilets today. I call the office and ask why am I getting pushed off until tomorrow, when I rearranged my schedule for today, and will be going out of town tomorrow evening? Nice young woman at the office says she will take care of it and calls him to let him know he needs to take care of the 2-ladies tomorrow. Guy shows up looks around at the sink and toilets, then wants to try and upsell me on replacing some items on my water heaters. Then tells me if he does the sink today and comes back tomorrow he will have to charge me $130 today because it will now be on two work orders, but if I let him go take care of these 2-ladies water heater it will cost me less tomorrow because it will be all on the same ticket. They were supposed to be on the same ticket today. During his visit he made comments about how nice my house was, asked where I was going on my trip (Disney), and then tries to make me feel guilty about expecting the work to be done today as "who knows whether these two ladies got any Christmas presents and how they are probably not going to Disney, and how I need to look past my concerns to let him take care of theirs first. These ladies have had over a week to get this fixed, and now it is somehow my problem. He alluded that because I live in a nice area, that my concerns are less important. I told him he was done and we got into a yelling match on my front yard with me telling him to go screw himself (in the coarser vernacular). I then called and spoke to the same young lady and reported our interaction. She apologized, but they have lost my business and I would not recommend them for any plumbing needs, apparently he is their only plumber. The previous work on my kitchen sink should be warrantied, but I would rather have someone who actually wants to keep a customer do the work. I do have the interaction on video. I am surprised and disappointed that Chad (owner) did not call me back immediately, if I were him I would be embarrassed that a repeat and loyal customer was treated this way.

Scheduled work for next day after my call and appeared promptly. Friendly and responsive. Fernando did a great job. Anchored door guide in concrete without difficulty. Painted garage door very well in 2 coats. Efficient and quick.

Great job from these guys. Chase came and gave me a bid and was straight forward and honest. The job started on time, Chase and Matt that came out to my house to do the work and were friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. In the past I've had a nightmare with finishing home projects and these guys showed me they mean business. They finished my walls and put in flooring that looks amazing, I noticed a few small blemishes on the flooring and they came back and polished it up for me without question. I'll definitely use this company in the future.

Everything went well! The plumber fixed my leak and was in and out within an hour. I will definitely call him again for future plumbing issues

Excellent service and very personable technicians. Some small tweaking needed to be done to the furnace and they came by promptly and fixed the issue.

I e-mailed the request but got no answer. Followed up with another e-mail with the same result.

Jason was very professional and fast. Sarah was also helpful on the phone. Problem was diagnosed and options presented for resolution. Jason provided great advice on getting long life out of units and advice on getting the best value when the units are ultimately replace in another 3-5 years.

My AC went out and the first AC company came out and told me I needed to pay over $4000 for a new AC. I contacted Humphrey's for a second opinion. They showed up the next day and quickly discovered all that was needed was to change a capacitor and fuse for a fraction of the cost. Works great again. Thanks!

WONDERFUL! They were on time and did a great job. We will be contacting them for all our plumbing, heating and AC needs.

I would call Chase again in a heartbeat! He helped us when we remodeled our vacation home. He painted it inside and out, fixed the leaking roof, repaired the damage to our wood siding from a woodpecker, installed new appliances, installed wood flooring, and totally redid our bathrooms and laundry room. I was amazed at all the things he could do—and he did them all well. I knocked him a little on punctuality and price, but—hey, you get what you pay for and his prices are fair, plus the building industry is crazy busy right now so I was OK that he saw a few minutes late one or two times. In the end, we were more than happy doing business with Chase and his company—great results, fair pricing, and professional!

We had Express Home Services com to our offices to do several repairs and touch ups to our space. The repairs were done quickly and Chase was very professional working during business hours. We were able to to go about business as usual while he was working in our office. We will be using them for all maintenance and repairs in the future.

Chase remodeled my kitchen and completed some other small projects for me. He did an amazing job, couldn’t be happier. Tiffany was very responsive and helpful, I look forward to doing my business with them. I highly recommend Express Home Services for any size job.

We could not be more pleased with the results of our new kitchen. It is exactly what we wanted. Our new floor and granite counter top look amazing. The guys were friendly and a joy to work with. I would definitely hire them again.
