The inspection was thorough and all my questions were answered. My questions were answered clearly and honestly.

He cleaned inside the furnace with vacuum-that's after he tuned and ensured that the furnace is working right.

The appointment went great. The tech showed up right on schedule and was very professional. Gave me some great information, was very friendly, and was quick. I was looking to add a second furnace to my attic and instead he directed me in a more more cost effective direction. He could have simply quoted me the $8k-$10K solution which is what I was asking about, but instead recommended a solution that was less than half of that. I was very impressed with them. When I decide to replace my furnace, Humphrey Heating and Air will be the first ones I call.

It was great. They were polite. I believe they were on time. I would call them again.

I called in the morning they said they would be out between 12 and 3. I asked for a call 20 mins before they arrived so I could get there from work and they did it. Cole came in was very clean, polite and quick. He gave me the information needed to fix it and the price I told him to go ahead and fix it. He was in and out of the house in less than an hour.

I don't think a have ever received such outstanding service from a repair company in my whole life. On July 14, 2014 it was the hottest day of the season in Salt Lake City with a temperature of 103 degrees, when my air conditioner started blowing warm air. To make matters worse, around 3:00 pm. the power to my house went down so i could not use the fan in my family room. When i called the power company they said the power would probably not come back on for approx. 10 hrs. I had a $35.00 coupon for diagnostic testing from Angie's list and called Humphrey Plumbing Heating and Air. Imagine my surprise after i told the very polite lady who answered their phone my unfortunate situation and she told me they would work me into their very busy schedule the NEXT DAY. The repairman came (I apologize i forgot his name) and he immediately diagnosed the problem and checked out my air conditioner to my satisfaction. Such excellent service and the total charge was only $188.00. I truly recommend this company.

I would highly recommend Humphrey and Air! Doug, the tech, arrived on time, was very professional and courteous and did a thorough job on my furnace. Although my furnace is about 20 years old and near its economic life, there was no attempt to "up sell" me, as can be the case with a lower priced tune up. Will be sending all of my business their way in the future: Would recommend you do the same.

The service tech showed up on time went right to work cleaned and service the furnace he found some problems that would need to be fixed he wrote out what was going to need to be fix along with a number of options along with the prices of each option. He went through and explained what was done and what he felt the best options would be. He was very fast and professional

Completely checked furnace for safety and efficiency. Answered all my Questions, explained in detail what each part of the furnace was, did and why he was checking it. Explained the results of tests and what the test numbers meant. Was very professional, courteous and friendly. Found out a blower had been replaced in the furnace in the years before we had the house and it had a wrong sized electrical cap on the end of some wires. He put the correct cap on it so it would stop falling off.

Purchased an Angies Deal coupon for this seasonal furnace inspection & tune up. They were fast! A previous company I called was 6 weeks out.. Humphreys got it done in two days from my call.

Seemed professional and knowledgable. If I don't have a break down this winter then I'll know I hired the right guys.

It went well. He talked about how often to clean the filter and what type to get. Also had to replace a part since it was rusted through.

It brought peace of mind knowing that the system was functioning properly. Making an appointment was pleasant and easy. He showed up on time and completed the inspection, including lubricating where necessary, and pronounced the system in great shape. He was very professional and polite. I will be happy to recommend him to my friends.

This is the second time that I've used Humphreys (the other time they fixed my A/C) . Both times they were professional, efficient, and easy to schedule with. They also fixed my problems affordable without upselling me, which I appreciate. I will go them from now on, instead of teh company that sold/installed my furnace last year. Thanks guys!

Do to illness last week I had to reschedule . They were pleasant about it. Tech called before appointed time today to ask could he come a little earlier, which was fine with me Friendly tech (Shane) He also replaced mu humidifier filter, Thank you

They did a fine job, I thought the price was a little high, but I was happy with the work.

Service was awesome, Doug explained everything he did and showed me a part that would need to be replaced. He did not pressure me to replace part at that time. He said it could last 1 month or 6 months. He explained what would happen when it did go out and gave me a price to replace it. I will definitely call Humphrey's when the time comes to replace it. I told them I would purchase a furnace when my existing one went out.

We purchased this because our A/C unit had started making a rattling noise. When they came out they went through a very quick service. After they finished our unit was still rattling. We questioned them about this and they claimed it was just the way the unit was placed. After a couple of weeks the noise got louder. I called out another company to come take a look and they determined it was a bad capacitor and the fan was not starting correctly causing it to draw to many amps. I TRUELY FEEL AS THOUGH THESE GUYS SIMPLY TOOK OUR MONEY!

They did the inspection but found nothing wrong. They were great!

Chad was the person we worked with and he was amazing. On time, responsive, spent hours at our house evaluating problems and gave us five different options of how we could solve existing issues.
