The team was very professional when they came in to do a tune-up on our furnace. they were quick and they cleaned up after themselves. During the tune-up we discussed the possibility of a humidifier and how much it would cost. They were very punctual in setting up the appointments and even did a pre-installation visit to make sure they had all required information for a smooth installation. I would definitely hire them again for any future work and will likely use them for the tuneups

They were great! They called a few minutes before the appointment to let us know they were on our way. Unfortunately there was a mix-up and we had provided our old address instead of our new one to Angie's List. They arrived at our old house first, and had a mix-up with the current tenants. The technician called us right away and told us about the mix-up. Even though our old house is 20 minutes away from our new one, he came to our new one right away! They did not require that we make a new appointment. He was very professional, helpful, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend their service, and would feel very confident in working with them again.

The job went very well. Matt is young (in 20's) but very professional. I bought the tune -up special on Angie's list and made the appointment for 02/20/2015 .True to the offer the office contacts the customer within two days. As promised Matt called prior to coming out to the house. My furnace wouldn't blow heated air only cold. Matt cleaned the flame sensor and then checked every part of the furnace. The blower was dusty and needed to be cleaned badly. He quoted me a price and did the work after I approved it. The total price with the special and the blower being cleaned was $199.00. I also want to comment that I haven't had my furnace tuned-up since it was installed in 2004. So this was an excellent price to pay to have the service done. Matt never once made any bad remarks about the lack of up keep to the furnace. I did pay attention to keeping the filter clean throughout the years but never realized the other parts needed attention too. I will definitely call Humphrey's again for service tis summer for my central air conditioner and next winter for my furnace. Thank-you Matt for the excellent service and the professionalism you displayed.

Great. We have used Humphrey for a couple of years now for both furnace and A/C tuneups and repairs. We found them through the Angie's List deals. They always do a great job and are very professional. We plan to continue to use them in the future.

Went well - everything checked out - no problems identified that required additional work or $. Wish the service provider would have worn covers over his boots when walking through the house. Otherwise - efficient, friendly.

SERVICE AGENT CHECKED AC FREON, ELECTRICAL CONTACTS AND GENERAL INSPECTION OF OUT SIDE UNIT (COMPRESSOR). TRIED TO SELL ME NEW CONTACT SWITCHES FOR THE COMPRESSOR STATING THE OLD ONES LOOKED "WORN" FOR $100 EXTRA OR SO. INSIDE LOOKED AT A-FRAME CONDENSER AND FOUND IT TO BE CLOGGED WITH DOG HAIR. CHARGE ME $65 -75 DOLLARS ( THE STANDARD RATE) TO TAKE A SMALL WIRE BRUSH AND REMOVE THE "HAIR MAT". ABOUT 10 MINS WORK. SERIOUSLY YOU CAN'T EXPECT TO GET AN AC CHECK OUT FOR $44 , BUT THE ELECTRICAL CONTACTS UP SELL AND THE $75 DOLLAR" FIXED PRICE CONDENSER CLEANING" FEE WAS A BIT MUCH. WOULD HAVE MUCH RATHER JUST PAID AN HOURLY RATE RATHER THAN ALL THE SALES NONSENSE.

Shane called letting me know he was on his way and arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. He quickly performed the tune-up.

After performing the 20 point inspection, technician identified a frozen fan and estimated the costs at $450. Since this is a garage heater, I chose not to buy the repair. He kept saying the heater was larger than necessary for the space. I got the idea he wanted to just replace it.

The company was only available to provide this service from 9 AM to 4 PM on weekdays which would disrupt my work schedule too much.
