I contacted Leo because of good ratings on Angie's List. We set up an appointment for him to come out and look at my lawn and develop an estimate. The day he was to come out a huge snowstorm was predicted, and he called to cancel the appointment because he had to put snow plows on his trucks and did not have a way to get down to my place. I almost did not call him back to reschedule, because I had several other quotes, but I did, and I am glad I did! We rescheduled for that weekend, and Leo came out right on time to give me the estimate. The verbal estimate he provided was much lower than any other quotes I had received, and he promised to have a written offer to me in the next few days. Monday I received the written offer, and it was almost 1/3 again what the verbal offer had been, with a note that his mental math was horribly incorrect when he gave me the verbal estimate. Even with the correction his bid was still much lower than the nearest competitors bid, partly due to an Angie's List discount that he gives and a discount because he had quoted me a lower amount before and now had to increase it. I accepted the offer and we agreed to begin work as soon as I received my tax refund, which I was going to use to pay him for his work. I let Leo know when I received my tax refund and he let me know that he needed half the cost upfront as a deposit and to purchase the supplies needed for the sprinkler system. I sent him the money and he began the work the next clear day (we had to delay a day or four due to bad weather). Within a day and a half the work was all done and I had a working sprinkler system. After it was all complete Leo came back to my house to explain how the system worked, including how to turn the water on and off, how to clear out the lines at the end of summer, and how to set and change the timers. He spent as much time as I needed showing me exactly how the timer worked, and explained what everything I could see in my yard was. I was very impressed with how he explained everything and offered to explain again if I needed it later in the year. I will definitely recommend Leo for sprinkler installation and yard work!

They were punctual for all appointments and were very quick to get the job done once we had decided to use them. They kept me aware of the schedule so I knew when it would be done, and when I could expect people to be at the house. The zoning was all done perfectly; keeping flower beds separate from grass, included some special heads for watering directly on the trees in the park strip which are the only plants there, and zoning out the garden. The contractor made sure to use the proper adjustable heads to get the appropriate heights, lower heads for the grass and flower beds, and taller heads for the garden plants. The quality of the system is excellent with a lot of features, and yet easy for the user to program. The piping type and system are the standard for Complete Landscape, they won't use cheap materials so that they maintain a standard of quality. In fact we had hired someone before, who had barely done anything, but Complete landscape could tell right away that the quality of the material was not appropriate and informed us that if hired he would need to take out that piping. As a bonus they finished some heavy grading changes that we had not been able to do in our preparations for them. It would have taken me another 4-6 hrs to finish and they just threw it in for free. The owner did a run through with me of the entire system to teach me how to use it, winterize it, and make any small adjustments necessary as I put in the rest of my yard. The owner treats his crew very well, which in turn keeps them happy and motivated to do good work. They cleaned up after themselves, and also took away some old piping that had been left by another contractor. A very awesome experience with Complete Landscape.

Everything has been fine, and I have had no complaints; however, I can?t say one way or another. They are actually doing snow removal on a lot of properties that I don?t have ?access? to, so I can?t really give details on how good their service is. I would use them again in the future though.

They were very friendly and apologized for not being able to do the work at this time of the year. They were able to refer me to another company, Land Vision.

I was satisfied with them. The owner's name was Leo Anderson. He was very helpful and provided good feedback about what I could do for my yard. They were very professional and always arrived on time.

The owner, Leo Anderson, emailed an estimate the morning after seeing the yard. Workers arrived promptly and did a very nice job. They were pleasant and unobtrusive. Mr. Anderson programmed the sprinkers and left clear instructions about watering and care of the sod. The final price was exactly as estimated. We plan on having him back for other projects.

Complete Landscaping was great. It was our first experience with them and it went smoothly. The crew showed up on time and took great care in installing out new system. No issues with the estimate and the price that was charged.
