This was for an estimate. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. No BSâ  ing around. I have an appointment for the actual install in May.

The sales man was excellent and easy to work with. He worked with the owners to get us such an affordable deal on a brand new furnace. The technicians came in and were very professional and clean. I loved the deal we got and the equipment is superb.

From Tami in the office , to Marty who is (Best of the Best). and to the 2 installers Gary and Dylan, they all treated us like family! We had a 25 year old furnace to replace! Needless to say Gary and Dylan had there work cut out for them. The space was really tight and it took them several hours to replace the old with the new! Blue Best is very professional at every level . office, sales, and the installers were excellent!!

Got a great HVAC system at a much lower price than the other companies we looked at.

Chad and Dallin did a great job replacing my thermostat. My furnace is older and the thermostat just has four wires and not five, so not every thermostat is compatible. In fact we tried one and found that it didn't work, so we got the next one and that works. You can try watching YouTube videos and do it yourself, but you can very easily run into problems that need to be troubleshooted, while also checking your furnace wires. It your furnace is older I would recommend not trying to do it yourself but have Blue Best do it. I had another company work on the furnace before Blue Best did and I wasn't impressed by their customer service. But customer service at Blue Best was great as well. Seriously consider Blue Best. I'm a real customer, nobody told me to write this. Good luck out there.

After getting several different bids from dufferent companies on replacing my furnace, Blue Best was the most hinest and affordable company I could find. The entire experience was stress free. Choose Blue Best my friends...you wont regret it.

Blue Best installed a steam whole house humidifier. Their customer service was great (very responsive, provided info about install and product and answered all questions), and scheduled the install right away. The installers (Brandon and Ned) were very nice and knowledgeable, performed the installed in a timely manner and answered any questions i had. it has only been a day but i love my humidifier! highly recommend it when living in Utah!

The service we received from Ethan and Dallen was what every homeowner would wish for!! Those guys were like worker bees- they just tucked their heads and dove into the install. They were polite and answered all my questions without hesitation. They worked so hard and gave me updates as their work on my home proceeded and just oozed competance and professionalism!! It also was greatly appreciated when the owner of the business took the time to visit us initially and she ALSO patiently answered all of our questions. Her manner and expertise about the whole process eased any concerns we had about the purchase and install. This is a fantastic company. They send a picture of the installers and their sales person so that you know who is coming.. They do quarterly work with great equipment and answered all of my questions . I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Marty worked with us to get a quiet heater that we could afford. And Jared did a great installation with Alex's help. Very happy with our experience!!!

We contracted with them to replace our furnace and A/C. Due to some on-going power outages in our area due to power pole replacements, we had to move them twice, and they did this with no problem. Two days before our new furnace was scheduled to go in, the power back on surged, and fried the transformer in our current furnace. I called them and they sent out a repairman, replaced the transformer and got us back up and running, and did not charge us for this service. That is a company that I want to continue to business with. The installation was perfect, other than it took quite a while, but that is to be expected with complete heating and AC replacement. We got multiple bids, and they were by far the most knowledgeable and best value around. One other company that wanted to give us a bid, did not even bother when they found out that BlueBest was giving us a bid. He said he knew his competition and I guess by that he meant with what BlueBest would offer, he had no answer.... I highly recommend this company, and you can drop my name with them anytime. Tammy and office staff are also wonderful to work with, so give them a call. By the way, they called us when they heard we were in the market for a new furnace. Outstanding, so glad they did.

Great teamwork and fantastic prices.

New HVAC system replaced, heat pump, furnace, and filtration. Jared and Gary did a great job, efficient and professional. They were able to complete the job in a day even with some gas line difficulties. Will use them in the future.
