Lonnie was my electrician and was so congenial and pleasant. Plus he knew his stuff and was thorough.

The technician rescheduled twice, and was 2 hours late when they actually showed up on their 3rd scheduled appointment. They were supposed to drill through my brick wall, but when they did they put about a 3/4 hole through a wall-mounted hand made hardwood structure on the other side. I'm not sure this can be repaired. This mistake was easily preventable if they just took the time to measure, or even requested that I remove the hard-wood structure before they began drilling. Add this experience with the consistent upselling and inability to repair the drywall after the job and I wish I had just watched a youtube video and done the job myself.

Good quality work, on a challenging retrofit. All my '50s wiring was replaced, with only reasonable disturbance to the walls and ceilings.

Estimated and completed project in 7 days, offered to arrive early to meet schedule. Spencer Campbell our electrician communicated well, knew exactly what he was doing and came after hours to make sure inspection was done.

Dylan communicated and scheduled well to arrange the assessment/estimate and the work project. Colton explained the work that would address my requests, then did exactly as agreed. I was very comfortable having the team in my home and yard while I was at home and away. As we reviewed the finished projects, they were happy to make final adjustments to meet my preferences.

Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and explained every detail of what he was doing, including warranty and guarantee. He made sure the projects were done to my satisfaction. I will use Mister Sparky again in the future.

Braxton installed our new smoke detectors after locating and repair loose/improper electrical connections that may have been causing operational issues and false alerts. After two weeks operation is flawless. Customer service was excellent and I was mostly impressed with Technician arriving on time.

We had a few other bids coming in that week, however they were so fantastic to work with, friendly, great price and was able to do the work that day so we just hired them and shipped the others. Loved them work and very happy and pleased with the job done. Brayden was super nice, great customer service. Definitely will hire them again for any job!!

The technician was prompt and professional. He also gave me important advice about my existing electrical box.
