First Choice reached out to me within an hour, gave me a same day ETA window for a tech visit, if I wanted, and applied zero pressure to choose them. The Tech arrived at the beginning of the time window and got straight to it. Local company, personable even in text messaging, highly rated and lived up to the reviews. Shout out to Jamie who did the work in a very timely manner without any upscale pitches.

Very prompt response time. They sent someone to the house the same day to check out the problem. I was able to get a new AC / furnace installed the next morning. The workers completed everything in 3 hours. I couldn't be happier. Knowledgeable and experienced people with fair prices.

My AC stopped blowing cold air in the middle of the night. I downloaded the Angi app and requested service and the soonest I could schedule was the following day. However, Rob called me just hours after my request and made sure he was able to squeeze me in that same day. Very friendly, informative and fast.

He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repairs done in 90 minutes. He took a photo of the problem to help explain it and told me how much it would be before doing the repair. I believe the cost was reasonable for the time and work performed. Great experience!

Repair only worked for 19 days. It is broken again.

Technicians came to the house 3 consecutive days to identify and correct the problem. No pressure to buy anything additional. Everything is now working great.

They are very courteous and respectful of my home. I appreciated as they explained what needed to be done on our furnace.

The work was great, and I honestly probably pestered the guy with too many questions. The only part of our interaction that rubbed me the wrong way was when we spoke about nailing the vents back into place. I mentioned I could do it myself and he didn't have to. The gentleman replied with "Yeah, just have your husband do it, his rates are probably lower than mine anyway". I'm a woman and deal with this all the time- but still it frustrates me when professionals are a little regressive in their thinking. Overall- fantastic experience and would hire again.
