Our experience was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Vaun does not mess around. He came out and measured the job quickly, got us in the next day. Brian did an amazing job. He was so friendly and answered any questions that we had. We will hire Silver Lake Construction again. They will be doing our other porch! We appreciate Vaun and Brian and their skill.

We hired Vaun and Silver Lake to start the process of finishing our basement. We went through a massive renovation of our above-ground home just 2 years ago with a different contractor and there were some frustrations with that process. This job with Vaun was refreshing. He was very helpful, receptive, and easy to get ahold of. The cost was fair, transparent, and competitive (no hidden costs) and the work was quality. His workers/subs were great to work with. 5-star experience. We will be referring Silver Lake to friends and using them again for further work in our basement.

He was very professional and reasonably priced.
Description of Work: Jack up one side of deck and fix foundations. Replace about 8 boards. Paint deck. Deck is 6 by 40. The foundation is bad on only one side of diving board.
