Shutternice

First phase was the tile. Durning that phase the contractor got the tile down. But in the process ruined my porch with an angle grinder cutting tile, and ruined my baseboard cutting it to fit tile. Johnathan said he would fix those items and needed more money and would be back to do it. Concrete was poorly fixed and didn’t fix the baseboards he ruined. He proceeded to do a bad job on the flooring. His crew had to come back fix that but never fully got fixed. He said these were warranty items and covered once balance was paid. We gave them several opportunity’s to fix things and they don’t seem to have the skill set.

Jonathan just finished up a bathroom shower remodel for us. I’m so glad we found this company. It was hard finding a reputable contractor…we called around and were told our job was too small to make it worth their while, or the contractor wouldn’t even show up to the appointment we made for an estimate. Thank goodness for Shutternice. He arrived on time, provided reasonably priced quotes, and communication was top notch. Much of our communication had to occur via text bc of being overseas. Jonathan created a google drive and uploaded new photos of the remodel every day so we could see the progress. He was always responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend you give them a call!

I live out of state and needed something looked at for my rental property. Jonathan showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part, and came back and finished the job! Definitely going to use these guys for all of my issues moving forward!

I have had a problem with my master shower floor for years. I’ve had it re-grouted twice. Johnathan was very professional—he knows what he is doing. He was the first to accurately diagnose the problem and fix. He even brought two types of tile so I could choose the new flooring. I’m very happy with the results. He’s also very trustworthy. We felt in good hands. He’s now going to do another project for us!

Everything went well and the tilers did an excellent job. They were attentive to fine details too. It wasn't an easy job for any tiler due to much cutting of small pieces, but Shutternice's tiler did a fantastic job. If you are looking for reliability and quality workmanship Shutternice is the company I recommend.
