Description of Work: Installed solar panels and a battery back-up system for our house. They were very helpful, walking us through the whole process and helping us determine what would best meet our needs. They didn't try and oversell us or install extra panels that wouldn't be of much use. Were very knowledgeable and professional and responsive. Installation went smoothly and quickly. Very satisfied. Would use them again.

+ 0 moreWe initially contacted PPS and several other companies by email asking for ball park estimates and possibilities. They were the only ones who responded by email with estimates and possibilities. Everyone else either wanted us to call them, or they looked us up and called us, which seemed kind of pushy. We had lots of questions, and PPS was very patient with us and answered them all. Everyone we met from PPS was wonderful. The installers did a good job, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. They took care of contacting the city building inspectors and all the other paperwork that was needed. We were so pleased with the work they did that we had them come back and do some additional electrical work.
Description of Work: Installed 24 solar panels with microinverters. We have a metal roof that's kind of unique, so they had to get a custom racking system designed and installed.
