The guy was very prompt, polite, professional, and charged a very reasonable fee - and he did it all in my driveway. He came with a van totally equipped with tools, supplies, and even a built-in lift like the ones that are used on wheelchair-bound patients.

He fixed and tuned up on the spot! They came to me and it was even a rainy day. Awesome company $150 for both two mowers up and running.

They came, they fixed. They even did a couple of things beyond the tune-up and didn't charge me.

The mower is in great shape. It is interesting that when I contacted places I would have to take my mower, they said it would be four weeks to get it back. Flying Wrench showed up in a couple of days and got it done.

Dave was great on both of his visits and I will definitely be using them from this point forward.

It's a busy time of year for small engine repairs so I called last week to get an appointment today. Kyson called before arriving with an ETA. Arrived as expected and immediately got to work on my mower. Within 20 minutes, I heard it start up and run like a champ again. I asked if he could also look at my trimmer for starting problems. He had it up and running within just a few minutes more. Service is excellent, he clearly knows exactly what he's doing. Repair was done quickly and at less cost than local Honda mower dealer. Kyson arrived at the house at the prearranged time, actually a little early, and had both snowblowers humming away just the way they should in short order. He was a pleasure to speak with, was courteous, and very professional. And the best part; how convenient to have someone come to the house to do the work versus having to load the snowblowers in a truck to haul them to a repair shop or dealer. Very convenient and the cost is about the same! This is the first time I've used a mobile service for small engines and equipment and will definitely be using Flying Wrench Mobile again next spring to give the lawnmower a pre-season check up. I'd highly recommend Kyson and the Flying Wrench Mobile service!

Excellent service! Great concept to have a mobile service provider. Prior to using Flying Wrench, I had to load the equipment in my truck, take it to a shop and wait for days, even weeks. Mobile service to my home was easy to schedule and pay for - I didn't even have to be there, I just left the equiment out in my backyard and scheduled the appointment and paid by phone. the work was timely and very high quality. I will definitely use Fying Wrench in the future.

Dave was very helpful. He was able to find the parts needed. His assistant said that he'd come within a time-frame and did. He did the work in a reasonable amount of time - about 1 hour. Much, much less time and frustration than it would have taken me. He tested the blower before he left, filled me in on all the work that he did and gave me tips on how to keep the old blower working. It was so much easier than loading it into my car, taking it to a repair shop and then going back and picking it up. I didn't have to clean my car afterwards! I could have found a slightly better priced service, but not one that's more convenient. All my small engine needs are now solved!

2 days after repair, the tiller started stalling out again. Called the repairman and he came over the next day. Cleaned out carburetor again, replaced gaskets and changed fuel. Works great now!

Kyson came out on-time as scheduled and diagnosed the issue quickly. Lawnmower carb issues due to sitting out a season. Explained how to remedy in the future and went to work. 20 minutes later fixed. Well worth any additional costs for mobile service, if their were actually any additional costs for this service....great value. Definitely will call again!

Excellent service. Even though the snow had just fallen and he must have had a backlog of people with broken snow blowers he came right out the following day. He phoned and asked if he could come thirty minutes early, arrived and quickly fixed my snow blower. I highly recommend.

He was very professional and did a super job!

My snow blower had broken and it was making a really weird noise. I really don't have the wherewithal to take it somewhere and have it looked at because it is big and heavy. So, they came here ad were able to diagnose the issue with it. A belt had broken off and it was grinding away a part. They had to order the part, and once they got it, they came back and installed it. They gave the snow blower a real good exam and fixed some things and really got it back in good shape. They actually came directly to me. They also have a website. I would tell people that they are going to save you a lot of time and hassle because they are going to come to your house and they will be able to diagnose whatever your issues are, or even just help maintain it. It seemed like they really know what they are doing and their prices are very fair. They actually followed up with a phone call afterwards just to make sure it was working properly.
