Quick to respond to initial query. Let me know what to expect, followed through on every step when he had said he would. Did an excellent job. Bid the job fairly and came in on the lower side of the price range he'd given me. He did let me know ahead of time that since I wasn't in his local service area he'd have to bid more than usual, and I appreciated his being upfront with me so that I could consider the additional cost in my decision to hire him.

Very pleased with Dr. Downspout (Miah). He was able to get me in sooner than expected and he did a great job. Everything looks good and is flowing smoothly. The itemized job report he sets up on the internet is convenient considering I wasn't home to speak with him about the condition of my gutters. I will be using him for future work and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Called Dr Downspout after finding him on Angie's List for gutter cleaning. I was a little confused because his listing has North Carolina info but after I called for an estimate I learned that he recently moved to SLC area and is expanding his business here. Jeremiah came on time to do the estimate, gave a very reasonable estimate and answered questions regarding gutter covers. He even gave me a sample of the gutter covers that he uses. I went ahead and arranged for him to clean my gutters. After the job was completed I received a follow up email with pictures of before and after the cleaning which was actually cool to see. My husband and I were so pleased with his services that we requested to be added to his cleaning rotation for spring and fall cleanup. We were also impressed with the product that he used for the gutter covers and plan on pursuing those some time in the near future.

We found Dr Downspout on Angie's list. I dropped the company an email to get a quote to clean the gutters on a home we had just purchased. Ben got in touch very quickly, took some details and came out quickly to quote. For our approx 1900sq foot, two level home, Ben quoted an initial price of $180. This included the cleaning of gutters and removal of the old, deteriorated filtering system. On the day of the work, Ben actually noted a good inch plus of mud had built up from non cleaning of the gutters by the old home owner, not to mention a decent layer of moss. Ben removed all the mud, moss and gunk and the broken filters. He also sent some pictures via email to me, to highlight the build up. When all was said and done, Ben was at our home for around four hours of work and he kept to the $180 original bid. Ben was professional, friendly and timely throughout. We would use the service again and certainly recommend them.
