Menelick was such an awesome gentleman. He did explain everything very well and we really did enjoy him here and showing us the material. We really will come back and have him come back and help us when we are ready to get our house fixed up.

Met with Javier and Menelick for a quote. I was on a budget and they did an amazing job of finding a price point to value ratio that was great for me. Options were plentiful, and payment options flexible.

I had their guy come to my house, after confusion with their large call center. He was there for TWO hours, when I finally asked him to leave. His quoted price was very high, and he kept lowering it to try to finalize the sale. Very unpleasant hard-sell experience!

The company messed up the paperwork from the beginning. I had to fight to get them to do what we had agreed on to begin with. Luckily I kept the paperwork. I also tried to find a way to contact upper management or the corporate office. Good luck as they do not want you to so it all goes through customer service that can not even call the main office either? My after fighting that, they did not have the right amount of materials to complete the job and had to come back to finish it when they got more materials. Then they had a lot of extra materials they left me since it was "Paid for in the job"? My cooling bill has gone up $100 per month since the install and I also had to get a window unit to help cool the house. The facia was not replaced with the right material and already falling off the house. Now I have to also get a bird out of my Attic. I was not home for the gutter install and they did not follow the plans. Said they would come back next week to fix and never seen nor heard from them again. I am still finding debris from the install over 6 months later.

Excellent customer service and product orientation. Jordan and Jojo provided great information regarding their widows and what separates their product from others. They brought samples of the window and addressed all of the concerns that I had. I was most appreciative of their honesty and and straight forward approach.
