These ******* idiots have completely put a bad name on ac companies throughout utah. Who puts in a new system without 🤔 making requirements imposed for the new system they just threw a new one in without doing 100% inspections and testing required to put in a new system if this is the way you treat people then KARMA is going to hit you people have families . And ac is. Must with this heat. I am disappointed they haven't called me back or offered anything to me to help!

not worth my money very poor service and install. did not seal the duct work did not install proper air handler and after market evaporator..... do not use these people!

They were unprofessional about appointments, and continually woke my daughter up, who works nights, despite my repeated requests, not to. They would call me without warning and say, "We are out front of your house, and no-one answers." Their schedule meant everything, and ours meant nothing. When done, they had totally blown off putting in a furnace filter rack. This was one of the promises he made, to get me to sign with them. After the fact, they finally came back, and did a very poor job of cutting in a slot for a filter. I will need to get another HVAC company come to give me a second opinion on what to do with this jerry-rigged filter system.

The service was completed with accuracy and in a timely manner. Wes contacted us afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. We have called them several times for different issues, and have been very pleased.

Summary: If you are in a bind like we were and need someone fast (and aren't worried about paying extra) try them out. They came out before anyone else could and fixed the AC on a hot day. Pros: - Repsonsive, they came before anyone else could when our AC gave out on a 90° day. - Courteous - Fixed the problem Cons: - Way overcharged us to replace the AC's capacitor. I called him out on it and he dropped the $79 service fee, but he still charged $298 to replace a $25 part. We also had him install a starter capacitor, that too was overpriced, but at least he had to do some real work to install it.

I have used this company for many years. They are always prompt, couteous and professional. This time was no exception. I have their service plan and have them service my AC and furnace. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a trustworthy company.
