Description of Work: I had a water heater that was 28 years old. They replaced it quickly. They also did a few other plumbing jobs around the house, including a leaky faucet, a faucet that had very low output, and a drain stopper that didn't stay connected.

+ -1 moreI have used Bert's many times. They are very good. I have used them for years. They are just decent. They know what they are doing and they do it well. They can be more expensive than others. I don't remember the price, but it was probably a reasonable price. He just went the extra mile. He didn't have to glue the vanity top together but he did it anyway. It's a family run business with father, son and whoever else.
Description of Work: Bert's Waterworks cut a pipe and put a new pipe fitting in that was shorter and better to my new vanity. I had put a new bathroom vanity and the pipe that I had stuck out too far and just wasn't right. The guy also went ahead and glued down my vanity top to the wood part.
