+ 0 moreI called and spoke with Mike to set up an appointment for an estimate for screening and re-coating of hardwood floors in a house I was in the process of buying. I explained that I did not have access to the house yet, and would have to work out a time with the sellers to allow me into the house. We agreed on a time and I went to the house to meet Mike. However, Mike never showed up, did not answer my calls, and failed to call back even after I left a message. He basically wasted my time and the sellers.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. We loved it and it was great. They came in, got it done in three days and got out. It was quick and they got it done right. They did a good job. They were punctual. They did the job well. They showed up everyday and they did what they were supposed to do. Maybe that is normal for everybody. Maybe there is a fee but to me it is good.
Description of Work: I used the services of Alpine Hardwood Flooring to redo all our hardwood flooring. The last time I used their services was about a month and a half ago. They charged about $1600 for the work done.
