small appliance repair
+ -1 moreI called at 9am on Thursday, Jan 30th, and scheduled a repair visit that was supposed to be between 2-6 that day. We have a garbage compactor that had locked up and couldn't be opened. They called me at 1:42 pm to tell me that they were cancelling the appointment and "would not be rescheduling any time soon", because they didn't have a technician to do the work. Really poor to call that late , and leave no time for me to get another company that day. I will never call them again!
