+ -1 moreEXCELLENT COMMUNICATION. VERY PROFESSIONAL. METICULOUS INSTALLATION AND CLEANUP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM SOLVER FOR A LEAKING DECK. THIS WOULD ALSO BE GREAT FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
Description of Work: INSTALLED GRAILCOAT BRAND WATERPROOF DECK MATERIAL OVER EXISTING DECK, CURING LEAK TO PATIO BELOW. INSTALLED NEW DECKING BOARDS, AND FINISHED WITH THE CONCRETE-LIKE WATERPROOF DECK COATING SYSTEM. INSTALLATION IS IN SEVERAL STEPS OVER A FEW DAYS. 10 YEAR WARRANTY FROM GRAILCOAT COMPANY.
